Crème Caramel

Ingredients:
6 eggs
1 cup sugar
1½ cup evaporated milk
1½ cup water
½ cup sugar

Method:
  1. Simmer sugar & water over medium heat until caramelised. 
  2. Whisk eggs, sugar & milk together until combined. 
  3. Pour caramelised sugar into bowl & add egg mixture. 
  4. Steam for 40 mins.
