Sponge Cake (Thermomix)

Ingredients
80 g raw cane sugar
250 g eggs (5 eggs)
80 g self raising flour
6" cake tin

Method
  1. Pre heat oven to 170C
  2. Insert butterfly, place sugar and eggs to beat 10 mins 40C Speed 3.5.
  3. Continue to beat 5 min Speed 4
  4. Add flour 5 secs Speed 4.
  5. Pour batter in greased baking tin and bake at 170C for 25-30 mins.
