Warm water ( 1 and 1/4 cups)
Salt to taste
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
Method:
- Beat the eggs, add a pinch of salt and continue beating till it is foamy
- Add warm water and beat till well combined
- Sieve the eggs into a glass plate
- Put on steamer and cover up with a bigger heavy or glass plate to avoid steam goes in.
- Steam on low heat for 20 mins.
- Once done, top with 1 tbsp sesame oil and 1 tbsp soy sauce.
