Ingredients:
200g chocolate
100g salted butter
3 eggs
100g sugar
50g flour
sea salt
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180˚C.
- Melt the chocolate & butter in a double boiler or microwave.
- Beat eggs & sugar until creamy.
- Add melted chocolate to the egg mixture, & then fold in flour.
- Line bottom of 26cm (10”) springform pan with baking paper, & rub butter on its sides.
- Pour cake mixture into tin, & bake between 15 – 20 mins.
