220g unsweetened cooking chocolate
100g unsalted butter
150g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
1tsp salt
4 eggs
350g sugar
2 tsp vanilla essence
100g pecans/walnuts - roughly chopped
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Melt chocolate & stir in butter.
- Sift flour with baking powder & salt.
- Beats eggs with sugar & vanilla & stir in chocolate & butter mixture.
- Fold in flour & nuts.
- Pour into greased tin (8") & bake for 20 - 25 mins.
