Crab & Mango Salad

Ingredients:
1 cup shredded unripe 'King' mango
1 cup baby spinach
5 sprigs cilantro
5 cherry tomatoes (sliced in half)
1 red chilli, sliced
3 shallots, sliced
2 Tbsp fried shallots
5 Tbsp crab meat
½ cup Thai dressing (Delicious)

Method:
Toss all ingredients together & serve.
