Steamed rice (Thermomix)

Total time : 25 min
Serving size : 6 portions

Ingredients
1000 g water
1 ½ tsp salt
20 g olive oil or butter (optional)
50 - 350 g white long-grain rice

Preparation
Place water, salt and olive oil/butter  in mixing bowl. Insert simmering basket, weigh rice into it, mix well with spatula and cook 20 min/100°C/speed 4. Transfer rice to a serving dish and serve hot.
