Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients:
3½ pkts cream cheese ('box')
4 eggs
1 bar white chocolate (normal size, may be substituted with dark chocolate)
1 cup cream
½ - 1 cup sugar
¾ pkt McVities digestive biscuits
1 tsp brown cinnamon
120g butter - melted

Method:
  1. Pre-heat oven to 170°C (fan).
  2. Melt chocolate with cream & set aside to cool.
  3. Crush biscuits, and mix with melted butter & cinnamon.  Pack into baking tin & bake in oven for 5 - 10 mins & then cool.
  4. Reduce oven temperature to 165°C (fan).
  5. Cream cheese, melted chocolate & cream.
  6. Add eggs, 1 at a time, with sugar.
  7. Pour into baking tin & bake for 35 mins.
  8. Can decorate with whipped cream & icing sugar, with grated chocolate on top.
Note:
For New York cheesecake, add vanilla essence & only ½ cup cream. No chocolate.
