1 small onion, diced
1 Tbsp sesame oil

soya sauce, to taste

salt & pepper, to taste

1 8oz can of water chestnuts, diced
fresh green onion
1 head butter lettuce

Method
- Brown minced chicken in oil on medium heat (3-5 mins) & drain excess fat.
- Stir in onion, sesame oil, fresh ginger, garlic, rice wine vinegar, hoisin sauce & soya sauce until onions are translucent.
- Add sriracha sauce (or gochujang) to taste & cook until sauce thickens.
- Turn off heat & add water chestnuts & fresh green onion & stir in.
- Serve with butter lettuce.
