Whist the following together:-
6 eggs
1tsp vanilla essence
1 cup sugar
1.5 cups evaporated milk
1.5 cups water
1 cup sugar
1.5 cups evaporated milk
1.5 cups water
1/2 cup sugar- cook until caramelised
Method
Method
- Pour caramelised sugar into mould.
- Then add whisked mixture over caramelized sugar.
- Cover mould with cling film & place in steamer.
- Steam for 40 mins.
